Which Means - Sinai.

These are the commandments which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai. Leviticus 27:34.

    It was in this mountain that the Lord spoke to Moses to the people of Israel to follow His commandments. God chose Moses to take the people from slavery because of the covenant with Abraham. Moses could only lead the people of God to the Promised Land because they had killed an Egyptian. He repented and God forgave him, but he could not get there. This is one of God's commandments.


   Mount Sinai represents law, commandment, fideliade the Lord. The Attitude of Moses ascended the hill each time that God wanted to talk to him, shows the love and fear God. Show obedience to God's will. And who did not obey His laws, He even removed. That is what happened to Miriam.


   God knew that Sen had stiff-necked people. sometimes all that Moses had to leave to climb the mountain, the people of Israel disobeyed and came to make a golden calf! God needed to speak with Moses, but could be long because his people could not remain without a leader. And as they passed the Jordan River, this attitude represented the burial of the old creature, in order to take possession of new land.


   Mount Sinai represents obedience and release the old creature to the new birth. They were slow to find the Promised Land because of the gossip, the impatience of the people. And with that they were taking turns to leave those who hindered and that he was born who would lead God's people and get them out of that suffering.


   Mount Sinai also represents spiritual growth and preparing the people for the new stage of life.


   So are the people today. While not let God shape them, remain circling in the desert to recognize that the Lord alone is God and give themselves wholeheartedly to the Lord. They took too long to recognize that they needed to change, and so are some people who want to serve God in their own way. Will be in the desert to recognize the need to change and let God shape them His way.


   God is patient and until a person dies to be born again, he can not do anything. When we first step in his direction, he comes running to hug because He loves us so much that He gave His Son for the sake of those who accept His Son as Lord and Savior.


   Let God shape you. He loves you. Think about it.
